Longer Distance. Improved Scoring Performance. More Durable.
The new Titleist Pro V1® utilizes a three-piece multi-layer construction to maximize distance, durability and performance. Click on the thumbnails above to view construction animations of the new Pro V1 golf balls.
The #1 Ball is the #1 Choice
Your golf ball is the only equipment used for every shot during your round. Choosing a golf ball that performs best green-to-tee will help you to shoot lower scores. The Pro V1 and Pro V1x golf balls are the best choice for most amateur golfers since they both provide exceptional distance and short game scoring performance. The #1 played balls on the worldwide professional tours are also the #1 performance choice for golfers.

Both versions of the market and worldwide tour-use leader are constructed from a polybutadiene core, an ionomer casing and a urethane cover, Pro V1x has fewer dimples than Pro V1 and is designed to spin less. The Pro V1 family continues to dominate, but hold the phone, a new version is come this spring. The world awaits.

These are the best balls in my book. I've hit all of the Callaway and Nike balls and I didn't think they felt nearly as good. Off the tee, around the green and even when putting... these have the best overall feel and I'm only a 9 handicap. Worth the extra money unless you're going through several per round. Can't be beat.

I agree with the others who commented on the durability of Pro V1s, they look poor to bad pretty quick. Also looking for premium replacement like Nike One Black.

I played ProV1's for years, until I found Srixon. Unless your on Titleist Staff, Prov1's are too expensive for any longer than they last. The Srixon Z-URS plays every bit as good the ProV1's and they stay bright longer, last longer, and cost less too!

The Pro V1 is the most popular ball out there, but i find it sticky on the irons and a little hard to control off the driver, also it is not very durable. Try other premium brands like the NIKE One Platinum or Black.

Flies very long and high with tremendous lift and carry on short and middle iron shots. Hit the longest 7-iron in my life a few weeks ago with the Pro V1--about 173 yards of carry. The original ball actually flies a little too high for me and I'm better off with the lower-flying Pro V1 model.
