| The best retreiver I ever owned but needs TLC to protect the plastic head. Highly recommend some type of protective cover!!! |

| Excellent retriver, but needs a head cover to protect plastic head, soft or hard would work. Several friends all have the same problem with the head. |

| Great retriever but my head broke in the golf bag and rendered the retriever useless. Company needs to make the plastic head much more durable. |

| The stainless extension shaft is fabulous; however, the plastic head did not stand up and broke soon after I received it rendering it useless. I will take a head off an old retriever and put it on the shaft. I ordered an all metal retriever online as a replacment. |
