Free shipping on orders over $75
The World of Golf offers five shipping options: FedEx standard ground, second day air, next day air shipping for U.S. shipments and Manhattan Delivery Service. International shipments will ship via UPS International, FedEx or DHL. When shipping outside the U.S., customs fees may apply, these charges are separate and in addition from shipping fees charged through The World of Golf. Custom duties are your responsibility and will be charged to you by the carrier on delivery. Shipping Options & Charges

We offer five shipping options:

Standard Ground, Two Business Day, Next Business Day, International Delivery and Manhattan Messenger Delivery.

Standard Shipping FREE on Continental U.S. orders over $99

Standard Shipping ($7.95) on Continental U.S. orders under $99

Most in-stock items will arrive on your doorstep 2-8 business days after receipt of your order.

Two Business Day ($15) for Continental U.S. shipping addresses

Two Business Day ($50) for AK, HI, PR and VI shipping addresses

Next Business Day ($40) for Continental U.S. shipping addresses

International Delivery ($50): When shipping outside the U.S., customs fees may apply, these charges are separate and in addition from shipping fees charged through The World of Golf. Custom duties are your responsibility and will be charged to you by UPS, FedEx, or DHL on delivery.

Manhattan Delivery Service ($35): All in stock merchandise will be delivered using a same day messenger service for Manhattan delivery addresses if selected at checkout.

Green Shipping: In our continued effort to minimize waste and lessen our impact on the environment, please note that your order may arrive in a slightly used shipping box.

SHIPPING EXCEPTIONS
Although we are generally able to ship orders the same day we receive them, we do need a little time to process and assemble your order. Please note that shipping time is not necessarily the same as total delivery time. Choosing next day does not always mean your order will be delivered the day after you place your order online. Please note we do not ship on weekends, we do not offer Sunday or holiday delivery, and we cannot guarantee Saturday delivery as it varies by location and shipping method. Your order will be processed and in stock items will ship within 2 business days. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Back ordered items will ship as available. You will be notified of an estimated ship date for back ordered items. Please note that shipping windows are estimates and delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. Shipments may be delayed during the holiday season, during sale periods and during inclement weather conditions.

Promotional Shipping Offers: Promotional shipping offers apply to continental United States only. Promotional offers may not be used for the purchase of certain products including select Ping products. Custom and special ordered products are excluded also.

Special Locations: Expedited orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii will require an additional business day to arrive. Rural domestic addresses require one or more additional business days to deliver. UPS, and FedEx will not ship to PO Box or APO addresses, as they are NOT a valid shipping address. Since APO and PO Box addresses cannot provide a delivery confirmation we cannot ship to them. If your billing address is a PO Box or APO and you would like to have a order shipped to a different address please email or call 800-499-7491 to arrange delivery.

Gift Cards: Gift Cards ship free of charge, via Standard Shipping or USPS and usually arrive within 2-7 business days. Two Business Day delivery is available for a $20 shipping fee. Most virtual Gift Cards are e-mailed within 24 hours or less.

Special Orders: Certain in stock items may require 5-8 business days for delivery. These special orders cannot be shipped to PO Boxes or military addresses (APO, FPO, Guam, Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands). Certain restricted items cannot be shipped to international addresses.

Customized Items: These items usually arrive within 1-4 weeks. For shipping timeframes on customized items shipped internationally, please contact us.

Oversized Shipments: Oversized items including all golf bags are available for Ground Delivery Service only. Freight charges will be cost of shipping. Shipping prices for these items may vary and are based on weight, size, delivery location and origin of shipment as we will often try to drop ship direct from our vendors whenever possible. Please email or call 800-499-7491 for delivery information for bags and oversized items.

FREE Customer Pick-Up: We will have your order processed and ready to pick up at either our NYC or Bedford Hills store locations. Orders for in stock products placed after 12pm will be available for pick up on the following day. All Saturday pick-FedEx must be ordered before 12pm on Friday. We will contact you by phone and/or email if an item is not in stock. Please bring the credit card used on the order for verification. Manufacturer Restrictions: Due to manufacturer restrictions, all products from PING are excluded from shipping promotions. Additionally, certain shipping promotions have restrictions on the quantities and types of products and eligible locations. Select products/brands include: Adams, Callaway, Cleveland, Cobra, FootJoy, Mizuno, Nike, Odyssey, PING, Pinnacle, Scotty Cameron, SkyCaddie, Taylor Made, Titleist, Top Flite, Tour Edge Golf, Under Armour and Zero Restriction are also excluded from shipping promotions.
